2. Service Description & No Guarantees

Teacher Boss Society provides training, coaching, and business resources to help teachers grow their online teaching businesses.

3. Payments & Subscription Terms

a. Pricing & Payments

  • The Teacher Boss Society membership costs $19.97 per month.
  • We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal.
  • All payments must be made upfront before access is granted.

b. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

  • This is a monthly subscription that auto-renews every 30 days.
  • You will be charged $19.97 per month until you cancel.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to process recurring payments.

c. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are given for unused time in a billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds are provided.
  • If you experience a technical issue preventing access, email jillian@independentteacheracademy.com, and we will resolve it at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

  • All content, including lessons, templates, and course materials, is owned by Koala Teachers, LLC, operating as Independent Teacher Academy™
  • You may not share, resell, or distribute any materials without explicit permission.
  • You may not use our coaching framework to train others in a competing program.

6. Code of Conduct

To ensure a supportive learning environment, members must:
Engage respectfully in coaching sessions and community discussions.
Avoid disruptive behavior during live calls.
Refrain from unauthorized sharing of private group discussions.

Failure to comply may result in membership termination without a refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Teacher Boss Society provides educational content only and is not responsible for business outcomes.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost income or missed opportunities.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that your success depends on your effort and external factors.

8. Earnings Disclaimer (FTC Compliance)

  • We do not guarantee income, student enrollments, or financial results.
  • Any testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee the same results for all users.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that your results depend on your own effort, market conditions, and strategy.

9. Privacy & Data Use

  • We collect and store customer data for billing and communication purposes only.
  • We never sell or share personal information without consent.
  • By enrolling, you agree to receive emails related to your membership (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

10. Zoom Lesson Recordings

  • Live sessions are conducted via Zoom, and recordings are stored in the membership portal.
  • Recordings are for educational purposes only and cannot be downloaded or shared externally.
